Matsunoya Lists Three New Stores Including Matsusaka Kamada-cho; Hongo 3-chome Notice Removed

Six listings have changed on Matsunoya’s store directory. Three stores — Matsusaka Kamada-cho, Shimonoseki Chofu and Kagoshima Tenmonkan — have been newly added, each with a scheduled opening date appended to the store name. Hongo 3-chome and Seki, both previously listed as opening September 4, 2026 at 10:00, no longer carry that notice.

All three are co-located with Matsuya, and all are listed as open 24 hours.

The store names appear with “*Opening September 17 at 10:00” and “*Opening October 1 at 10:00” attached directly. Once the scheduled date passes, the notice comes off, as it has for the two stores below.

Two Stores That Lost Their Opening Date Notice

Matsunoya Hongo 3-chome (co-located with Matsuya)

The listing, previously shown as “Matsunoya Hongo 3-chome (co-located with Matsuya) *Opening September 4 at 10:00,” no longer carries the scheduled opening date. The location is listed as Daigaku Tsushin Kyoiku Building 1F, 2-27-16 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, with business hours listed as open 24 hours.

Matsunoya Seki (co-located with Matsuya)

Likewise, the notice has come off “Matsunoya Seki (co-located with Matsuya) *Opening September 4 at 10:00.” The location is 4-1-48 Sakaemachi, Seki-shi, Gifu, with business hours of open 24 hours.

Both scheduled dates of September 4, 2026 have passed, so the opening notices appear to have served their purpose.

Takamatsu Imazato’s Listing Also Updated

Matsunoya Takamatsu Imazato, at 2-30-14 Imazato-cho, Takamatsu-shi, Kagawa, has also had its listing updated. The business hours currently shown are as follows.

Monday to Thursday: 5:00 to 4:00 the next day, Friday: from 5:00, Saturday: open 24 hours, Sunday: until 4:00 the next day, last order 30 minutes before closing

Opening and closing times are broken out by day of the week, and the stretch from Friday at 5:00 through Sunday at 4:00 the next day is written as one continuous run of business. No notice of a scheduled opening or closing date is attached to the store name.
