Matsuya Foods is running the Matsuya Mobile Order Triple Points Campaign, which grants three times the usual Matsuya Points to customers who order through Matsuya Mobile Order in the Matsuya app. The campaign runs from 0:00 on September 1, 2026 to 23:59 on September 14, 2026. Matsunoya stores that have adopted the service are also covered.

Period and Conditions

Orders placed through Matsuya Mobile Order during the period qualify, and eligibility is determined by the date and time of the order. Matsuben Net and Matsuben Delivery are excluded.

Participating and Excluded Stores

The campaign covers stores nationwide under the Matsuya, Matsunoya, Mycurry Shokudo, Matsuken Chuka Shokudo, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, Steak Set Meal & Rice Bowl Matsugyu, and Tukkun² banners that have adopted Matsuya Mobile Order. However, expressway PA stores and the Narita Airport Terminal 3 store are excluded.

Note that even a Matsunoya store does not qualify if it has not adopted mobile order.

Using Points and Prepayment

Accumulated points can be used on orders through Matsuben Net, Matsuben Delivery, and Matsuya Mobile Order at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen, in units of 10 points.

Prepayment can be made with PayPay, d Payment, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, Merpay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, or a credit card, and the company says this works out better than buying at the ticket machine.

New members also receive points worth 100 yen upon registration. The new member registration bonus is limited to once per person.

How to Order

The official guidance describes ordering as a five-step process.

Tap the “Order” button at the bottom center of the app
Select “Matsuya Mobile Order” in the center of the screen (both dine-in and bento are available)
Select the store to use (take care not to pick the wrong one)
Choose items and tap “Proceed to Register” to reach the payment screen
Select a payment method and tap “Confirm Order” to finish
