The format puts tonkatsu chain Matsunoya and Gyumeshi chain Matsuya under a single roof, and a grand opening SALE will run for 12 days from the opening.

Of the 22 Matsunoya set meals on the official menu, the lowest regular price is PorkLoinCutlet at 690 yen. The SALE price of 590 yen sits another 100 yen below that, so the Set Meal floor at the Yatsushiro store will be 590 yen during the period. The 690 yen for PorkLoinCutlet w/ Miso Sauce and PorkLoinCutlet w/ Grated Radish matches PorkLoinCutlet, the cheapest item at normal times.
