Matsunoya Lists "Double Loin Pork Fried Steak Set Meal" That Was Missing From Its Announcement

Matsuya Foods Co., Ltd. will launch three items, including the “Rib” Loin Pork Fried Steak Set Meal w/ Back Fat Ginger Sauce, at its tonkatsu chain Matsunoya from 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The company disclosed the lineup in an official notice dated September 25. All three are priced at 1,090 yen (tax included), and coverage is stated as “Matsunoya locations nationwide, excluding some stores.”

The set meals pair pork — aged chilled pork coated in dusting flour and deep-fried — with a thick sauce built on the richness of back fat and the aroma of ginger, plus Mayonnaise.
