Across the Matsuya Foods brands, Matsunoya included, orders placed through Matsuya Mobile Order from 5:00 on October 20, 2026 to 10:00 on October 26 will earn triple the usual Matsuya Points. The multiplier applies to orders placed between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. during that period. Eligibility is judged by the time the order is placed, and Matsuben Net and Matsuben Delivery are excluded.

September’s triple points ran all day

The multiplier is the same, but the eligible hours are not. The September round covered the entire day; this one is confined to five morning hours. The notice image on the official website brands this round “Asatoku Mobile Order” and states the window as 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Matsuben Net has run the same kind of time-boxed point boost: the round that began on September 14 doubled points for pickups between 18:00 and 23:00. This campaign is the mirror image, rewarding the morning instead.

The base rate being tripled runs from 1% to 7% by membership rank

The Matsuya Points rate depends on membership rank, and the notice image lists the rate for each rank alongside the conditions for moving up. The standard rate for Matsuya Mobile Order ranges from 1% for Bronze Members to 7% for Diamond Members. Morning orders during the period earn three times that figure.

Rank is set for the following month based on total purchases over one month. The same table also lists the Matsuben Net rates (6% to 15%), but those fall outside this campaign.

Accumulated points can be spent on Matsuben Net, Matsuben Delivery and Matsuya Mobile Order orders at 1 point to 1 yen, in units of 10 points. New member registration comes with points worth 100 yen, limited to once per person.

Eligible stores are those nationwide Matsuya, Matsunoya, Mycurry Shokudo, Matsuken Chuka Shokudo, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, Steak Set Meal Matsugyu and Tukkun² locations that have adopted Matsuya Mobile Order. Some are excluded, including the Narita Airport Terminal 3 store and expressway PA stores.

Matsuya Mobile Order is a feature of the Matsuya Foods official app: customers order from their seat by smartphone instead of queueing at the ticket machine, and pay cashlessly. The notice walks through the process in five steps.
