Third store in Maebashi, 14th in the prefecture

Maebashi already has two listings, Matsunoya Maebashi Kamikoidemachi and Matsunoya Maebashi Motosojamachi. Maebashi Akagi Mall will be the third in the city, sitting roughly 2.8 kilometers from the nearest of the two, Maebashi Kamikoidemachi, and roughly 6.3 kilometers from Maebashi Motosojamachi (both straight-line distances, not road distances).

Gunma Prefecture currently has 13 listings, so the new store would be the 14th. All 13 existing stores in the prefecture and this new one are co-located with Matsuya; not a single standalone store or store co-located with Mycurry Shokudo is listed. Nationwide, the 682 stores break down into 474 co-located with Matsuya, 86 co-located with Mycurry Shokudo, and 122 standalone stores. Against a national mix in which standalone stores account for nearly 20 percent, Gunma’s network leans heavily toward co-located stores.
